ACCOMMODATION

LUXURY TENT WITH ALL MEALS INCLUDED
All accommodation will be in tents at the race village: SOLO SINGLE and SOLO SHARING receives a Luxury 4-man Canvas tent erected in advance along with beds, mattresses, pillows, and linen in each.
DOME RIDER PACKAGES:
DOME TENT WITH ALL MEALS INCLUDED
All accommodation will be in tents at the race village: Rider receives a 3pax dome tent erected in advance along with mattress. No bedding included
Shower and toilet facilities at race village
No electricity in tents. A charging station will be available at the main building.

A cash bar will be available on the premises, and will have a selection of cold drinks, alcoholic beverages and snacks.
WATER
The race organizers supply water for the water points and consumption during each stage. All tap water in our race villages is perfectly safe for drinking, and it is recommended that riders utilize our supply of drinking water.
BEVERAGES
Water, coffee and tea available free throughout the event. Alcoholic- and soft drinks will be for sale at the bar at the Main Building.
ENTRIES & REGISTRATION
All Entries and Extra bookings will be done through the entryninja.com portal.
Registration will be on Thursday 27 April from 13h00 to 21h00 or Friday 28 April Throughout the day
Registration office will be at the race venue.
Please collect your Goodiebag and Garment at Registration.
Online entries will close on Friday 14 April 23:59:59
Extra Garments will be available to purchase, on race day.
CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITITIONS
Cancellations
- 75% of entry fee is refunded if cancellation is done in January 2023 or earlier;
- 50% of entry fee is refunded if cancellation is done in February 2023.
- 0% of entry fee is refunded if cancellation is done after February 2023 (if at this late stage your partner cannot participate anymore, you will be allowed to do a late substitution.
- If you have already entered before postponement and cannot attend the race on the new date we will allow your entry be rolled over to the next event in 2023 but no refund will be given as in our cancellation policy above.
- You participate as a solo runner.
- If the event is cancelled due to Covid-19 related reasons entries will automatically carry over to the next event or 95% of the money will be refunded.
Substitutions
Substitutions can be done online as follows:
Email event management with existing and substitute participants ID No.
Also add his/her name and new email address.
The administrative cost of a substitution is R 100; and the substitution will not reflect until such payment has been made.
Once you have made the substitution payment, you will receive a new email confirming the new rider. If you have not received the mail, contact the event management.
Cyclists who have entered and paid, but cannot participate in the T2T Event, for whatever reason, must inform the Event Management. No runner is allowed to participate under the name of another participant. Such action will lead to immediate disqualification.
Please note that all team participants, including the race organizer, will be notified of substitutions.
Please note that once a substitution is completed, the original riders’ details will not be kept for future events.
Please note ALL substitutions close on 1 APRIL 2023. Late substitutions can then only be done at Registration @ R 200 per person.
Please note that substituted team participants will receive the clothing size of the initial participant,
RACE RULES & INDEMNITIES
"Shortest collective riding time" for all three stages wins, not necessarily "first over the line" on stage three.

The routes will be marked.

Marshalls must be obeyed at all times.

Any kind of assistance from any other source will lead to disqualification.

No littering is allowed on the route, at checkpoints or at the venue.

Please dispose of litter at the water points or in designated rubbish bins.

No smoking or lighting of fires is allowed on the course.
-
Offenders will be disqualified and may face a life time ban from future events.
-
The same goes for vandalism of any kind to property, plants and animals as you are riding through Nature reserves and private farms.

The marked route must be followed by all participants.
-
Taking shortcuts will lead to disqualification.
